Sperm defect severity rather than sperm source is associated with lower fertilization rates after intracytoplasmic sperm injection

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the impact of sperm defect severity and the type of azoospermia on the outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
