Spermine-starch nanoparticles with antisense vicR suppress Streptococcus mutans cariogenicity

Abstract: We developed SSN nanovector for ASvicR delivery using natural starch spermine to protect ASvicR from nuclease degradation and achieve high transformation efficiency, inhibit EPS and cariogenicity of S. mutans, maintain oral flora homeostasis.
