Abstract: ntroduction: Incidence mumps infection has declined since the introduction of the inevitable MRP vaccination during the stage of childhood. In Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH), from a period of February 2011 until today, there is an evident inclination of the recorded cases of the mumps infection.
