Spinal cord compression secondary to intraspinal extramedullary hematopoiesis

Abstract: Extramedullary hematopoiesis (EMH) is a rare cause of spinal cord compression (SCC) occurring in various hematological illnesses such as myeloproliferative disorders, thalassemias, and various types of anemia.
