Spindle Cell Carcinoma of the Maxilla: A Case Report of Rare Entity

Abstract: Spindle cell carcinoma also known as sarcomatoid carcinoma is a rare highly aggressive tumor which is histologically different from squamous cell ca and mesenchymal cancers.
