Spiral CT angiography and surgical correlations in the evaluation of intracranial aneurysms

Abstract: We investigated the accuracy of spiral computed tomography angiography (CTA) in the detection and study of intracranial aneurysms by comparing CTA with selective angiograms and surgical findings.
