Splenic artery aneurysms: a retrospective review at Kaiser Permanente

Abstract: Purpose: Splenic artery aneurysms are the most common visceral aneurysms. While their incidence has grown with increased use of cross-sectional imaging, little is known about the natural history of these lesions.
