Lymphangioma, a benign malformation of the lymphatic system, predominantly affects infants and toddlers. It is commonly observed in the neck (75%) and axilla (20%). 1 Solitary splenic lymphangioma is rare, it has been primarily documented through case reports. 2 Moreover, pathologically, splenic lymphangioma typically manifests as cystic or spongy structures. These structures are characterized by abnormal dilation of lymphatic vessels and are often accompanied by fibrous tissue. 3 However, their appearance in imaging studies can vary significantly, complicating diagnosis and classification. In this
