Splenic preservation in laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy

Abstract: Planned LSPDP had a high splenic preservation rate and was associated with significantly shorter operating time than LDPS. Splenic vessel preservation could be predicted using a tumour cut-off size of 3 cm.
