Abstract: In a country where the brewing tradition dates back to the 10th century. microbreweries began to emerge especially after 1990. After the covid pandemic, clients and organizers of tourism services began to perceive microbreweries as a possible tool for restarting regional tourism and experiential gastrotourism.
