Abstract:Spondylocostal dysostosis is a term given to a heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by abnormal vertebral segmentation, mal alignment of ribs with variable points of intercostal fusion, and often a reduction in rib number. Sprengel deformity is characterized by abnormal development and elevation of scapula.
