Spontane Expulsion eines nekrotischen Metatarsale-Köpfchens aus einem dorsalen Ulcus pedis bei Osteomyelitis

Abstract: Zusammenfassung. ໿Die Osteomyelitis von Metatarsalia ist eine gefürchtete Komplikation bei Fussulcera unterschiedlicher Ätiologie, die häufig zu einer Amputation eines Teils der betroffenen Gliedmasse führt. Im vorliegenden Artikel wird ein Fall präsentiert, bei dem es zu einer spontanen Expulsion des nekrotischen Knochenteils kam, wonach das Ulcus vollständig abheilen konnte.
