Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis due to Campylobacter jejuni

Abstract: SummaryA patient with alcoholic cirrhosis complicated by ascites developed spontaneous bacterial peritonitis.Campylobacter jejuni-(a microaerophilic bacillus)-was isolated from ascitic fluid and blood.
