Abstract:Spontaneous pampiniform plexus thrombosis is an extremely rare condition. Its aetiology and pathophysiology are unknown, and its diagnosis remains challenging. We present the first case of an adolescent patient with bilateral spontaneous pampiniform plexus thrombosis. He presented with a 2-day history of bilateral testicular pain.
