Spontaneous Celiac Artery Dissection Presenting With Splenic Infarction: A Case Report

Abstract: Spontaneous isolated celiac artery dissection (SICAD) is extremely rare. We herein report a case of a 43-year-old male with no known history of cardiovascular disease who presented to the emergency department (ED) with sudden onset severe epigastric abdominal pain without a known trigger.
