Spontaneous idiopathic pulmonary artery dissection with ST segment elevation in Leads aVR and V1

Abstract: Pulmonary artery dissection is a rare condition that often occurs on the basis of pulmonary arterial hypertension and causes complications such as cardiogenic shock and sudden death.
