Spontaneous Large Urinoma Secondary to Obstructing Ureteral Calculus: A Kidney Pop-Off Mechanism

Abstract: Introduction and Background: Spontaneous rupture of the urinary collecting system with extravasation of urine is a rare complication of obstructive stone disease.
