Spontaneous Left Main Coronary Artery Dissection: Case Report

Abstract: Left main coronary artery (LMCA) dissections may be iatrogenic or spontaneous. Spontaneous coronary artery dissections (SCADs) are common in pregnant women, with predominantly left anterior descending artery (LAD) involvement.
