Spontaneous peeled ileal giant lipoma caused by lower gastrointestinal bleeding

Abstract: Rationale:Gastrointestinal subepithelial tumors (SETs) with endoscopic features such as ulceration, a red color change, a peeled mucosal layer, and spontaneous bleeding could have malignant potential.
