Abstract: Septate uterus is the most common congenital uterine malformation. It has been associated with poor reproductive outcomes, such as infertility and recurrent miscarriage, in the context of both assisted and non-assisted reproduction, though the exact underlying pathophysiological reasons remain unclear.
