Spontaneous Recovery of Spinal Epidural Hematoma

Abstract: Spinal epidural hematomas are rare clinical entities that present with severe and acute pain followed by progressive motor and sensory deficit, and which have been associated with trauma, coagulopathies, arteriovenous malformation and neoplasm.
