In a typical case of spontaneous remission the full restoration of normal hematopoiesis and disappearance of blast cells occur in patient with acute leukemia and concurrent infection [2,7,12,16,23,27,31,32,33,36,45], blood transfusion [2,14,25,36,38] or cytokine injection [19,44].
