Abstract:Commonly reported symptoms include infection, hemorrhage, dyspnea, pneumothorax, nutritional difficulties, sudden respiratory compromise and malignant transformation [2]. Surgery remains the cornerstone treatment of symptomatic lesions, but the postnatal management of asymptomatic CPAM remains controversial [3].
