Spontaneous Resolution of Postpartum Hashimoto Encephalopathy with Levothyroxine Therapy Alone

Abstract: Objective: Hashimoto encephalopathy (HE) is an uncommon syndrome characterized by seizures, movement disorders, cognitive or neuropsychiatric symptoms associated with dysthyroidism, and elevated anti-thyroperoxidase antibodies.
