Abstract: Gonadal artery aneurysm is a rare condition characterized by nonspecific presentation, typically manifesting as flank pain and formation of a retroperitoneal hematoma on imaging studies. Failure to recognize and treat this condition promptly can have serious consequences, as the presence of an aneurysm may lead to severe bleeding.
