When the size of the cyst is large, patients can present with left upper quadrant pain and/or a palpable mass 1 , 6 , 9 , 12 , 13 , 16 , 17 and may present with nonspecific symptoms, including dyspnoea due to pushing up of the left diaphragm, dyspepsia, and constipation due to compression on the colon 8 , 11 , 17 .
