Spontaneous Rupture of Leiomyoma Diagnosed Preoperatively with Noncontrast Computed Tomography

Abstract: Background. Spontaneous rupture of benign uterine fibroids is extremely rare and has been associated with fibroid degeneration. It can cause acute intraperitoneal bleeding requiring immediate surgical intervention. Case.
