Abstract:Intramuscular hemorrhages and hematomas are a complication of anticoagulation in patients using warfarin as an anticoagulant. Hematomas may be due to trauma or may develop spontaneously. Neuropathies due to direct compression of hematomas or hemorrhage around the nerve may rarely occur.
