Abstract: accessible universe based on the screening model of quantitative research methods. In order to collect the data in the research, the "Emotion Regulation Scale" (EMS) developed by Gross and John (2003), adapted to Turkish by Eldeleklioğlu and Eroğlu (2015), and adapted for athletes by Tingaz and Ekin (2021), was used.
