Kadangi "namų valstybių" nacionaliniai teisės aktai yra skirtingi, sporto ginčų sprendimas tarp kelių subjektų (Tarptautinio olimpinio komiteto, tarptautinių sporto federacijų, nacionalinio olimpinio komiteto, nacionalinių federacijų) "namų valstybės" teismuose visada yra problemiškas ir susiduria su sudėtingomis jurisdikcinėmis bei teisės taikymo problemomis" 6 .
