ST-segment depression in atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia: Preliminary results

A hypothesis that was suggested by Mercik et al [14] is that in rapid enough tachycardia, QRS follows the preceded T wave, which in turn changes the reference point by raising the isoelectric baseline. The overlapping of the R wave on the preceded T wave causes a shortening of the QT interval during tachycardia [14].…”
