Abstract:Abstract-In this work we consider stability of time-varying systems with time delays via the averaging method. It is shown that if the strong averaged system of a system affected by a small positive parameter ε admits a Lyapunov-Razumikhin function for the input-to-state stability (ISS) property, then the original system satisfies a semiglobal and practical ISS-like property as the small parameter ε converges to zero.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
