“…In particular, the thermal stability issue is much more significant in planar PSCs compared to mesoporous PSCs owing to poor interfacial area with the perovskite layer. [ 55,56 ] Accordingly, accomplishing high thermal stability in planar PSCs is much difficult than that of mesoporous PSCs. We kept two different types of perovskite film in the N 2 glove box for 72 h under 150 °C (Figure S21, Supporting Information).…”

“…TiO 2 coated FTO electrodes were prepared as reported in our earlier work. 23 MAI was prepared as reported by Im et al 24 To 28 mL of methylamine in a round bottom flask kept at 0 1C, 30 mL of HI was added slowly. After 2 h of stirring, the salt was precipitated at 60 1C in a rotary vacuum evaporator, and washed with diethyl ether 3-4 times to remove the traces of HI.…”

“…Thus, a twodimensional lattice was employed throughout the simulation. The lattice size of the perovskite simulation has been conveniently chosen because various sample sizes have been investigated by the previous experimental works, 29,30 where the results were found to be similar.…”
