Abstract:The stability of both the structure and activity of MoS2 nanocatalysts is crucial for minimizing the catalyst cost
of the
slurry-phase (SP) catalytic hydrogenation. MoS2-GP and
MoS2-SP catalysts were, respectively, obtained by gas-phase
(denoted as GP) and SP aging of fresh MoS2 catalysts. The
MoS2-SP catalyst demonstrated a comparable catalytic hydrogenation
activity to that of the fresh MoS2 catalyst, which is about
1.7 times of that for the MoS2-GP catalyst. After 12 cycles
of the MoS2-SP catalyst, the obta… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
