Abstract: Dysregulation of the transforming growth factor‐β (TGF‐β) signaling pathway regulates cancer stem cells (CSCs) and drug sensitivity, whereas it remains largely unknown how feedback regulatory mechanisms are hijacked to fuel drug‐resistant CSCs.
