Stabilizing the Efficiency Beyond 20% with a Mixed Cation Perovskite Solar Cell Fabricated in Ambient Air under Controlled Humidity

Abstract: composition of lead halide perovskite by introducing mixed cation and halide have stabilized the solution process to make uniform large grain perovskite, which ultimately led to high efficiency and durability of solar cell.
