Stable sugar and sugar-free suspensions of pretomanid

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Pretomanid (PMD) tablets are indicated as part of a combination regimen for the treatment of adults with pulmonary extensively drug-resistant, treatment-intolerant or non-responsive multidrug-resistant TB.
