Stable thalamocortical learning between medial-dorsal thalamus and cortical attractor networks captures cognitive flexibility

Abstract: Primates and rodents are able to continually acquire, adapt, and transfer knowledge and skill, and lead to goal-directed behavior during their lifespan.
