STAG2 promotes the myelination transcriptional program in oligodendrocytes

Abstract: Cohesin folds chromosomes via DNA loop extrusion. Cohesin-mediated chromosome loops regulate transcription by shaping long-range enhancer-promoter interactions, among other mechanisms.
