Staged Rehabilitation of Posttraumatic Dentoalveolar Defect with Distraction Osteogenesis and Dental Implants

Abstract: Rehabilitation of posttraumatic composite defects of anterior mandible following comminution type high-energy injury often presents a reconstructive challenge. Obtaining ideal osseous and soft tissue contours in these cases is a demanding task.
