Stages of Change for Increasing Fruit and Vegetable Intake in a Japanese Population

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: Thhis study aimed to investigate the reason why people choose to consume less vegetable and fruit through examining how the stage of change and psycho-social parameters relate to vegetable and fruit intake.
