The primary objective of this article is to explore ways to improve personnel competence in the context of sustainable development. To achieve this, our key scientific task is to develop a planning model for enhancing personnel competence within the context of sustainable development for a selected organization. The organization's personnel is the subject of this study. Our research was motivated by the objective of discovering ways to enhance personnel competence for socio-economic systems like an organization, all within the context of sustainable development. As a result, we have developed a contemporary three-level planning model for improving personnel competence in the context of sustainable development. Each level of the model is presented in detail and characterized accordingly. We used the IDEF technique as our primary modeling method, and the planning model was developed using vector programs. The key elements of the planning model include graphic visualization, context characterization, and information accessibility. The novelty of our research results lies in the formation of a modern methodological perspective on increasing personnel competence in the context of sustainable development. However, this article has a limitation: the study was conducted solely in the context of improving the planning process. Consequently, we only characterized one stage-planning. Our future research will be directed toward studying all stages of improving personnel competence in the context of sustainable development.

As the penetration of digital technology deepens and the demands for educational modernization grow, attention is increasingly being drawn towards the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of education. Especially in educational practice, the optimization of students’ learning experiences and the enhancement of their metacognitive abilities through AI technology have captivated the interest of numerous educators and scholars. Metacognition, which represents a core skill in student self-regulation and self-management, has a significant impact on student learning outcomes and quality. However, current educational support systems primarily rely upon traditional methods of data collection and analysis, which have limitations in terms of real-time responsiveness, granularity, and comprehensiveness. The present research aims to investigate the integration of AI technology with a specific focus on the learning process through educational support systems and the development of a cooperative teaching interaction model. This will ultimately enhance the development of students’ metacognitive abilities more effectively.

With the development of information technology (IT), the educational field has gradually entered a modernization stage. In this context, it is important to effectively integrate various educational resources to further improve teaching quality. However, existing methods of constructing curriculum knowledge bases face many challenges in several aspects, such as data fusion, knowledge reasoning, and so on. To address these issues, this study conducted in-depth research and practice on the construction of curriculum knowledge bases in the educational modernization field. The main content of this study includes the data fusion and knowledge reasoning of curriculum knowledge bases and the intelligent Q&A framework design of the bases in the educational modernization field. In the data fusion part, an entity alignment method based on semantic similarity was adopted, which effectively solved the problem of semantic relationship fusion between entities. In the knowledge reasoning part, the option-aware network based on attention mechanisms was used to significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of reasoning. As part of the intelligent Q&A framework design, a sequence-to-sequence machine translation model was adopted, which intelligently queried the knowledge bases successfully and provided customized teaching content, thereby optimizing the learning process. This study provides effective theoretical and practical support for promoting educational modernization.
