Standard Condition Number Based Spectrum Sensing Under Asynchronous Primary User Activity

Abstract: Cognitive radio (CR) is a promising technology which enables the secondary user (SU) to sense and detect the presence or absence of the primary user (PU) in the frequency band of interest.
