Internet of Things (IoT) has introduced new applications and environments. Smart Home provides new ways of communication and service consumption. In addition, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and deep learning have improved different services and tasks by automatizing them. In this field, reinforcement learning (RL) provides an unsupervised way to learn from the environment. In this paper, a new intelligent system based on RL and deep learning is proposed for Smart Home environments to guarantee good levels of QoE, focused on multimedia services. This system is aimed to reduce the impact on user experience when the classifying system achieves a low accuracy. The experiments performed show that the deep learning model proposed achieves better accuracy than the KNN algorithm and that the RL system increases the QoE of the user up to 3.8 on a scale of 10.

<span id="docs-internal-guid-152e332e-7fff-7073-a541-1d420decb47b"><span>The research objective of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), with fuzzy Mamdani logic simulation on the loading section of distribution transformer substations. Data acquisition is available when saving SAIFI SAIDI data and storing the results of monitoring equipment. The method used is Mamdani fuzzy logic, there are two input variables, namely current and voltage devices. The membership function in Mamdani fuzzy logic has been created based on the input current and voltage variables. Currently: parameter {0, 600} low is created {0, 350, 450, 600}, normal {400-650} parameter is created {400, 500, 550, 650}, parameter high {≥600} is created {600, 650, 750, 1000}, when determining the voltage: low {≤10.5} parameters {0 4 7 10.5}, normal {9-14} parameters {9, 10, 13, 14} and high {≥13} - parameters {13, 14, 15, 16}. Based on the results of the Mamdani logic rule test on the output current containing a transformer and a voltage sensor, the results obtained are IF (normal current; (630) AND voltage (high); (13.2) (high load transformer). The components in the simulation tool include miniature substations made with the 1A travel substation model, 3A substation as the main substation, the relay as distribution substation as the monitoring application. Retrofitting of historical and traditional buildings is an effective thermal protection measure. The presence of thermal insulation in the composition of building envelopes might, however, bring some shortages due to a decrease of exterior surface temperatures or possible water vapor condensation. These shortages can improve living conditions for various microorganisms on the exterior surfaces, especially in the case of interior thermal insulation systems that are typical with thermal bridges and thus supply the surface with heat to a greater extent. This paper, therefore, aims at the investigation of hygrothermal conditions in selected critical construction details and evaluates the results from the point of view of potential biofilms growth. Two-dimensional modeling of coupled heat and moisture is applied and the hygrothermal patterns are evaluated based on an adjusted isopleth growth model. The results showed that the duration of favorable conditions for biofilms growth is relatively low, accounting for less than 180 h in the worst-case scenario. It means the exterior surfaces of historical buildings provided with interior thermal insulation systems are not threatened by biofilms growth. Anyway, other negative aspects have been revealed that should be treated individually. Possible wood decay or increased hygrothermal straining are the typical examples in that respect.
