State-Owned Enterprises, Market Competition and the Boundaries of Competition Law in Malaysia

Abstract: This article examines the challenges and opportunities of subjecting Malaysian State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to its main competition legislation that is the Competition Act 2010.
