Stateful-TCP—A New Approach to Accelerate TCP Slow-Start

Abstract: The Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) is one of the pillars of the Internet. Therefore extensive research has been conducted to improve its performance, primarily via optimizing TCP's congestion control algorithm.
