Statistical evaluation of Ips typographus population density: a useful tool in protected areas and conservation-oriented forestry

Abstract: Ips typographus (Col., Curculionidae, Scolytinae) occurring on Picea abies stems is a species characterised by large fluctuations in population numbers and causing frequent outbreaks.
