Statistics of food quality as a factor in the dynamics of development of nutritionally dependent diseases in Russia

National food systems are constantly exposed to external triggers that reduce their resilience and integrity. The COVID-19 pandemic has shown the vulnerability of many food systems that do not have a sufficient margin of safety and resilience, which requires the introduction of additional government support measures and stimulation of food production and transportation to destinations. The expanded concept of food security allows a more multifaceted look at this concept and reveal its essence. Assessment of existing external triggers and their clear identification will allow in the future to minimize their impact on the state of sustainability of the national food system.

The paper analyzes the current trends of humanity associated with the formation of a new “green” trend in the global economy in the light of the deteriorating environmental situation in the world. The analysis of the most successful practices of green solutions in different countries was carried out. An overview of the main directions of development of green solutions to ensure comfortable human life, the main directions of state stimulation of this direction, new opportunities for the development of entrepreneurship in this vector is made. The paper systematizes and formulates the basic concepts of green economy, proposes new interpretations in adaptation to modern Russian realities. In addition, the main advantages and disadvantages of resource-saving technologies for national economies are listed.

The productivity and physiological state of young cattle in the post-dairy period were studied. The use of whole milk substitute in feeding calves contributed to the strengthening of metabolic processes in the animal body in the post-dairy period, as evidenced by an increase in the amount of volatile fatty acids in the scar fluid by 6.8%, total nitrogen - by 6.9% with a decrease in ammonia, as well as an increase in the number of red blood cells in the blood by 3.9%, hemoglobin - by 5.4%, glucose - by 5.1%, with an increase in the activity of ALT and AST enzymes by 5.6 and 6.2%. Feeding whole milk substitute and feed to young animals with a duration of the dairy period of 90 days contributes to an increase in average daily gains in the post-dairy period by 5.4%, while reducing the cost of growth by 4.4%, which allowed for an additional profit of 6.64 rubles (2.6 US dollars) per head during the research period.
