In the use of natural protection environment, the application of big data technology, especially the data type and content involved, is increasing. In the use of natural protection environment, we must fully consider the potential risks contained in data, liberate from the traditional environmental use model, and develop more advanced production and life styles and service models. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the concept and method of natural protection and environmental utilization, so as to achieve optimal decision-making on ecological space utilization, living behavior, environmental quality and many other aspects under the condition of big data. Therefore, this paper analyzes environmental sensitive factors, implements the most scientific scheme, fundamentally pays attention to the association between data elements in the natural protection system, establishes and improves the data analysis model and data development and utilization mechanism, and improves the utilization level of natural protection environment.

In recent years, public security safety has been one of the core issues of high concern to the whole society. Building a smart patrol command and dispatch system has become one of the development directions for public security organs in response to the increasingly complex and ever-changing public security situation. This article was based on big data technology, analyzing the characteristics and value of patrol data, and using methods such as machine learning and deep learning to construct a smart patrol command and scheduling system for public security, in order to improve the efficiency and level of public security work. By applying experimental testing methods and comparing with traditional methods, performance data of the public security intelligent patrol command and dispatch system can be obtained. Experimental data showed that the stability of the intelligent patrol command and scheduling system based on big data technology reached 86%, accuracy reached 88%, security reached 84%, and work efficiency reached 85%. After comprehensive testing, the performance, safety, and stability of the public security intelligent patrol command and dispatch system have been effectively verified.

Ämter in den deutschen Städten und Ländern gab es zu diesem Zeitpunkt durchaus schon, aber eine zentrale statistische Koordinierung für das gesamte Staatsgebiet in Deutschland hat mit der Gründung des Kaiserlichen Statistischen Amts begonnen. Als eine Art Vorläufer kann das Zentralbureau des Zollvereins angesehen werden. Diese Institution hatte ebenfalls schon die Aufgabe unterschiedliche Konzeptionen in der Statistikproduktion zu koordinieren und zu harmonisieren, beschränkte sich dabei aber auf die Länder des Zollvereins, der insbesondere noch bis 1866 einen größeren Teil der deutschen Staaten nicht umfasste. Amtliche statistische Institutionen hatten zum Gründungszeitpunkt des Kaiserlichen Statistischen Amts schon eine längere Tradition in Deutschland, so gründeten die Königreiche Preußen 1805 sowie Bayern 1808 erste statistische Ämter als Statistische Bureaus oder Statistische Zentralstellen. 1 Es folgten weitere statistische Ämter insbesondere in den größeren deutschen Einzelstaaten, aber auch in kleineren Staaten, die heute nicht mehr existieren, wie in Hannover (1848) oder für Kurhessen 1 Siehe u. v. a. Bayerisches Landesamt für Statistik und Datenverarbeitung (2008).
