Steady-state characteristics of DFIM : the potentialities ofintegration in electrical traction systems

Abstract: This article discusses doubly-fed induction machines integration possibilities in variable speed traction systems. The steady-state characteristics, performances and energy balance of a Doubly-Fed Induction Motor (DFIM) are studied and investigated.
